Pipe to be cut is placed on lateral pipe rollers which will easily move up to the adjustable pipe stop located on saw end of machine.  Lateral rollers are raised and lowered by air cylinders with a switch on the control panel.  Once pipe is in position and set down on 6” pipe rotation rollers, operator can press Saw Start button.  At start, top 3” rollers will move down to pipe to apply holding pressure.  Then 3hp saw motor starts and moves up into pipe OD.  Once saw depth is made, the 1hp gear drive will slowly start 6” pipe rotation rollers.  At the completion of cutoff, machine will stop.
