PVC Pipe Threading Machines

JK250BP

The JK250BP has the threading capability of 1/2″ up to 2″ PVC pipe. This system can be compared to a scaled down version of a CNC lathe but with more simplicity and ease of operation.

JK905BP

The JK905BP machine will thread pipe sizes 1″ – 8″ (25.4mm-219mm OD). The JK905BP is equipped with an automatic pipe holding chuck for threading both flush joint and bell end PVC pipe.

The JK1604BP (for 4″-16″ PVC pipe) is equipped with an automatic expandable self centering six jaw chuck located on each end of the spindle. The chuck system will enable the machine to thread both flush joint and bell end pipe.

JK500BP

The JK500BP PVC Pipe threading machine has the capability to thread PVC pipe sizes: 125mm-400mm (140mm-450mm OD) 4 1/2″ – 16″

JK762BP

The JK762BP has a threading capability from 250mm-600mm (min 250mm – max 700mm OD) PVC pipe plain end and bell end.

JK412THRDML

Automatic Thread Milling Machine designed to tap pipe threads (11 1/2 TPI) into 4″-12″ PVC pipe 20’ long or shorter.
