JK905 PVC Flush Joint Threading Machine
This machine is designed with touch screen programming. The automated
movements are performed by hybrid stepper actuators and is controlled by a
sophisticated PLC which has the capability to store 10 different thread
dimensions and specifications (5 pin and 5 box).
The JK905 has the capability to thread PVC pipe sizes of 1/2" up to 8" (8.625").
JK106STS Screen Slotting Machine
The JK106STS is our newly designed
PVC screen slotting machine with slotting capability of 1/2" up to 6" in
20'
lengths or less. This upgraded model is designed with touch screen
programming and high torque closed loop stepper gear motors. The compact size of the JK106STS requires
little floor space.

JK1012 Single Head PVC

JK1012 is a heavy duty version of the JK1062 single head screen
slotting machine
with dust control vacuum. Slotting assembly is stationary.
Pipe is moved through machine with an automatic traveling
pipe indexing unit.
PVC slotting capability is 1"- 12" in 20' lengths and shorter.

machine works well for manufacturing large diameter
irrigation screens.

JK824 Heavy Duty Double Head

This machine was designed for high production of large diameter
PVC well screens. The JK824 comes with 5 hp dust collection vacuum and
two slotting motors, 10 hp or 15 hp.
PVC slotting capability is 8" - 24" in 20'
lengths and shorter.
JK1660 Perforating

Designed to perforate HDPE or PVC pipe sizes 4" - 16" in 50' lengths or shorter.
